8 1/2", this is a wood and paper fan. It is from 1910 and is inscribed on the back. The wood is printed Red Star Line and Antwerp-New York. Blue and white picture with Dutch people and the ship. The artist was CASSIERS, Henri : b.1858, Antwerp – d.1944, Brussels

There are a few condition issues. The bottom wood is broken and there is some tearing on the paper. This is a rare piece of ephemera. It was probably given to travelers in first class as an amenity.
