Average condition, this cook book has been used. Amazingly complete book for tending to the household. It even includes what should be worn in the kitchen and how to dust, the kitchen fire, home nursing and sanitation and lots more.
Very readable copy. Pages have age toning and are flexible and not brittle. There are a few spots on pages here and there, it is after all a cookbook! There may be a few light pencil marks. 7.5" x 5 1/4" 256 pages.
Cover is dirty and can be refreshed.
Stored in plastic in a non smoking home, this has no lingering odors.
