Authentic Antique Book Etching "Little Dorrit" Novel "Joyful Tidings" Book 1, Chap XXXV

This is a great etching. The work is finely detailed and titled Little Dorrit. Under that, which is very hard to see, are the words; "Joyful Tidings."

Little Dorrit is a novel by Charles Dickens. Illustrator Hablot Knight Browne 1815-1882

This is authentic and from the 1800's. The paper is not brittle, although it has foxing and age related tanning. The third photo is more representative of the color of the print.

The mat is ivory.

The entire picture including mat is 5" x 7"

Ready to frame, however, I suggest this be remounted and then framed. This etching is in its original fine condition.
