The jar has screw top, dark green glass, and has stippling on the glass and bottom. Bottle is has remnants of an ointment and out side needs cleaning. Label is handwritten druggist prescription.
2" tall x 1.5" in diameter. Owens or Owens-Illinois stamp on bottom with related numbers.
Very good condition with dirt and wear to the label.
